First Things First

So Andrew is teaching Briley the finer things in life. That is the proper way to eat cookies. When ever Andrew gets cookies out whether it be oreo's or any other type of cookie and milk, Briley knows what he is going to do and asks if she can have some. Here are a few pictures I took the other night when these two are dippin' buddies.

Notice Briley has her own cup of milk and own cookie. Andrew does not share much any more because she can fit a whole oreo in her mouth and
I think Andrew was tired of not getting much cookie. This is great father daughter bonding time!

Aren't they cute! Both of them happy to have cookies and milk, nothing gets much better than this.

They grow up so fast

I can't believe how fast kids can grow up.
I look at this picture of Parker and he is only 6 months old
and he looks so much older. My little baby boy is turning into
a little boy.

I love it when Briley wants to help. This is the day that we
baked cookies and made rolls. I must have had some patients
that day. She turned to me and asked if we could make cookies
to take to "neise" (denise our neighbor) and "lisa" her
nursery teacher.

Aren't they cute! I know I am such a nerd
carrying my camera everywhere. But you never know
when there is going to be a cute picture. Not the first
or the last pic in a grocery store.

Think she has enough stuff? 3 bags, a stroller and a
wagon thing. I think she said that she was going to
school. All three bags are packed with something too.

Don't you all want to kiss those cheeks and pinch
those pudgy little arms.

It's springtime!

It is finally spring time, I think, I hope! Grandma Parry wanted to plant her garden so for Family Home Evening we all went out to lend a hand. Briley loves to help, especially if she can plan in the dirt.

She was given her own shovel and a place to dig.
She was content and it kept her busy and out of the way for a little bit.

Parker even enjoyed the fresh air and being outside.
There is just something about being outside that is so nice.
What a happy face!

Chilling out in the sunshine once more.
It was bright so we needed to get some shades on this boy.
He even kept them on.

My two little munchkins chillin' on a nice spring day!
We have to enjoy them while they are here.
Who knows what the weather is going to be like tomorrow.

Where does the time go?

Here I am again trying to catch up. I don't know what I have been doing or where my time has gone but I cannot keep up with my blog. Sorry all of you who keep checking and nothing is new. Here we go. The beginning of the month Briley did a 100 meter race. One of the Pediatricians in her doctors office puts in on. She was not really excited at first to race but she participated and did great!

Then after the race we were off to the zoo with good friends. Thanks Jed, Jill and Milo for making our Hogle Zoo experience so much fun. Briley was much more excited to see the animals than run a race.

As you can see Parker's zoo experience was good too. He actually enjoyed himself most of the time and as always found time to take a little nap.
What a fun time!
