Is it SUMMER or WINTER???

Briley was going four wheeling with her Daddy just around the neighborhood and this is what she insisted on wearing even though it was the the first of June and a nice warm and sunny day. No matter how much we told her that it was warm outside and she did not need her snow boots she insisted that she needed to wear her boots. The helmet is a must but the boots and capri's really complete the outfit.


And nothing is better in the spring than a snow ball fight. These are the best snowballs ever. Briley loves throwing them and we all love throwing them at her. What a way to start the summer.

Briley's Birthday

Briley's Birthday was May 26th. If you ask her she will say "in May in 26." For her birthday since it was on Memorial Day this year, Grandpa and Grandma Woodworth came down to see her. They took her to the mall while Andrew and I went to get her gift and when we met up with them again she had a table and chairs.set. She was so excited to get them. She loves it! Thank you Grandpa and Grandma. Later that day we had cake with Pops and Grandma Parry. This is what she got from them and us. Quite the loot for a 3 year old. I think that she had a fun Birthday. It wasn't really anything too big. The next day we had a little birthday party with some friends of hers. There were about 9 little kids that came. I had some little activities planned such as decorating little foam crowns, decorating sugar cookies that were put on a stick to look like wands. If I would have been better prepared then I would have had a little princess party with decorations and all. But I am not prepared and so we just had fun. We also played the old reliable games like duck, duck, goose. And run with a balloon in between the legs. Briley put the balloon between her legs but held onto the little knot while she ran so the balloon would not fall. Briley got tons of gifts so thank you to all who came and enjoyed the evening with us. I know that Briley had so much fun and loved all the friends and family that came. It was perfect for a little 3 year old.

My little boy

Wow. Look at our little boy. Isn't he so cute? Do you think that he likes Ice Cream? He was climbing all over me to get a taste. What a cutie. Just look at those pudges and all those rolls. I bet you are all jealous that your rolls don't look that cute. Parker is just over 7 months old now and I just weighed him. He is 20 lbs and 9 oz. In the last month he has only gained 9 oz. I thought he gained at least a pound or two. I guess he is just growing longer. He is starting to crawl a little. Well at least when he moves he is moving forward and not backwards all the time. He is still in the early stages but it will not be long and he will be mobile. He is such a good boy though. Very happy and lots of fun. Some of the things that make him laugh and smile right now are his big sister of course, and the dog. He is fascinated with the dog. It is so fun to watch him.

time for a change

Ok people I decided it was spring time and I wanted to change things up a little bit. Well needless to say I messed up. I did not realize that all the blog templates were different so it erased my links and the funny things kids say part. I am very sad about that because I did not write it all down. I guess I will learn from my mistake. But I could not get everyones blog address so if you are reading this and see that your is not there please resend it to me. So sorry for the mess.
